  1. Thanks for the information about one of the most interesting world holidays! For me it's one of the most fascinating and, to some extent, mysterious holidays. I had a wonderful chance of visiting the homeland of St.Patrick's Day last summer. Unfortunately I was unable to see the parade, as you understand, but every place in Dublin reminded me of the holiday. Every shop is full of souvenirs, somehow connected with it. I manages to bring here a lot of pretty things with Trinity, shamrock and so on.
Kate, I hope I'll visit this country again and tell you about some peculiarities and traditions, I've seen with my own eyes. And I think your article on Wiki and the presentation are full of useful information.

  4. Thank you for the interesting lesson! I have learnt a lot of new information. As Nastya, I like the fact that every year in Saint Patrick's Day pounds of green vegetable dye are released into the Chicago River. It is really amazing.

  5. It is a public holiday in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Newfoundland and Labrador and in Montserrat. It is also widely celebrated by the Irish diaspora, especially in places such as Great Britain, Canada, the United States, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, and Montserrat, among others. I like that this holiday is very popular.
